My experience at Drive Rite North East Ltd could have been better because there was no communication after buying the car the valeting of the car was not done properly had to wait 3 weeks to be told I can book my new tyres in myself which should of been done before I got the car, iv had the car over 3 weeks and it is still ot signed over to me still waiting

The staff at Drive Rite North East Ltd were good because they were super friendly and helpful. There was an ABS light on before I bought the car. They said they wouldn’t hand it over until this was sorted. Can’t fault Neil and Andrew
